Emergency Volunteer Centers

Santa Clara County Office of Emergency Services

Partnering with Kelle Kroll Group, we developed an online E-Learning Series to help staff understand more about operating and managing Emergency Volunteer Centers after an event.

Module 1 in the Emergency Volunteer Center (EVC) E-Learning Series developed for Santa Clara County with Homeland Security grant funding. These videos were developed to enhance the capabilities of cities and the county to effectively train city staff and volunteers to set up and operate EVCs.
